It is the phytonutrients and chemicals contained in the food we eat which maintains a healthy body. It is the phytochemicals contained in food which also help prevent disease and can also suppress the symptoms of disease. Everyday we hear about the different food we should and should not eat. I believe every food is good for you but in moderation. Use common sense to maintain your body, to prevent cancer and other wasting diseases in later life.
