I thoroughly recommend wearing natural fibres, they are kinder to the body. Cotton, linen, silk, wool.

Natural fibres may be a little more expensive to buy, but in the long run, their lifespan is longer. They are healthier to wear than synthetically made polyester. Polyester is the most widely used man-made fibre in the world. Polyester, does, however, occur naturally in plant cuticles.

Mineral-based makeups are also becoming more widely available. Shampoos and conditioners, cleaning products for the home use organic plant materials as their ingredients. They are eco-friendly.

Skin cancers are the fastest growing type of cancer. It is due to over exposure to sunlight and also to the chemicals contained in our make-ups, creams and lotions. We are subjecting our bodies to yet again to excesses...use natural phyto products.

Paper is very precious too, it takes 24 trees to make one ton of newspaper. This is, however, now being recycled more than most products.

Get a green flowering plant like a bamboo to get rid of airbourne toxins released by certain paints, carpets and plastics like shower curtains to purify the air.
