PG stands for Phyto Gail – Gail studied biochemistry and is now a successful businesswoman whose homes are in England, in the heart of the mystical and ancient Jurassic Coast, and in Montreal, Canada.  

Gail’s English home is in Lyme Regis, a beautiful coastal town surrounded by ancient landscapes rich in natural flora and fauna and by the waters of the English Channel which are rich in natural food and vital minerals.  Lyme Regis is most famous as the home of the fossiler, Mary Anning, and Gail’s home is actually on the site of Mary Anning’s original fossil shop.  The ghost of Mary Anning is said to still haunt Gail’s home. 

Gail has boundless energy and enjoys excellent health.  She has raised four healthy, successful sons, developed a thriving business, and has sailed through the menopause, still looking youthful, slim and fit. 

She believes that her commitment to a lifestyle which embraces all that is natural is at the core of her success, her youthfulness, her vitality and her good health.  

Over the past few years, Gail has undertaken a great deal of research into diet and lifestyle and natural healing, looking to prove her theories on the secrets of a healthy life.  Now, Gail wants to pass on her knowledge to help others look good, feel good, and to encourage their children to follow the same principles.  

Gail is a passionate believer in following a lifestyle which is good for us, and which is good for the planet.  In Gail’s view, and through her research and qualifications, we will all benefit by adopting a lifestyle which is both kind to our bodies and kind to our planet – and that’s what Phyto living is all about.
