These form an essential part of the phyto diet. They are easily absorbed by the body and stop dehydration. Water is essential for the survival of all known life forms.
We all know how important water is to us, yet, many of us still go through the day dehydrated, leaving our skin, especially, looking dry and unhealthy. The best way to insure that this does not happen is to keep a bottle of water on your desk or in the fridge making sure you finish it and refill it until you have your daily recommended amount. You can count tea or coffee as part of your intake, just don't overdo the caffeine!!
